Our Staff
Our staff has extensive knowledge in application and database design and development, project management, and telecommunications and networking. We also have extensive experience in a wide array of development languages and methodologies, including Microsoft .Net, PowerBuilder, Microsoft SQL Server 2000, and IBM/DB2.

Don Schenker, President and CEO
As President, CEO and co-founder of Synergistix, Don is responsible for establishing the guiding principles of the company and aligning the ideas, strategies and resources required to realize the vision. 

Don has more than 15 years’ experience in the information technology field, including application development, project management and network support.  Throughout his career, Don has worked with both large and small clients, including Siemens Stromberg-Carlson, a division of Siemens AG, and The Panda Project.  For the last seven years, Don has focused on the design and implementation of innovative information systems for the life sciences industry. 

Prior to founding Synergistix, Don was the director of marketing systems for Ryder System, Inc., a global provider of supply-chain, logistics and transportation management solutions. 

Don holds an M.B.A. and M.S. in Computer Engineering from Nova Southeastern University and is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Computer Engineering at Florida Atlantic University.  In 2002, he was appointed to the board of directors of the 2003 and 2004 PDMA Sharing Conference, and was re-elected for a second two-year term to support the conference through 2006.

Raul Wong, Vice President & Chief Operating Officer
As Vice President, COO and co-founder of Synergistix, Raul is responsible for managing the technological advancements and day-to-day operations that set Synergistix apart in the life sciences software and services marketplace.

Raul has more than 20 years of experience in information technology, with concentrations in project management, application development, and network administration.  Prior to co-founding Synergistix, Raul was a senior manager of marketing systems for Ryder System, Inc., a global provider of supply-chain, logistics and transportation management solutions.  He was also a consultant at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) where he managed the business needs and identified solutions for large companies such as The Cleveland Clinic, Baltimore Gas & Electric, and Florida Power & Light.

Jay Lambert, Director of Client Systems
As Director of Client Systems Jay is responsible for all software development activities, including establishment of software development life cycle processes and procedures, business analysis, design, development and testing.

Prior to joining Synergistix, Jay worked at Siemens (Telecom) where he mastered a variety of related roles in software development, project management and software development management during his 12-year tenure. His employment at Siemens included three years on international assignment at Siemens Headquarters in Munich Germany.  He also served as an internal ISO/Quality representative at Siemens in conjunction with his other roles at the company.

Jay holds an M.B.A. from Nova Southeastern University and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois.  He is a Certified ISO 9000 internal auditor.  Jay is currently pursuing Master’s certification in Project Management and Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute. Jay resides in Deerfield Beach, Florida, with his family.
