Contact Management
CATS enables sales representatives to track and update key contact
information, including name and address, phone number, state license
number (with expiration date), DEA identification number, and ME
number. CATS also records other customer information, such as additional
office addresses, contact names, group affiliations, and general
notes and comments about the contact.

Call Planning
CATS allows list filtering and sorting through a number of data
field choices including last call and next call date, name, address,
zip code, and more. This enables sales representatives to more effectively
pre-plan their call activities and automatically calculate follow-up
call dates based on business rules, while also viewing the pertinent
information from previous visits, including call notes, telemarketing
and direct mail activities, and all other practitioner contacts captured
or imported into the system.

Prescribing Habits
CATS can incorporate
and organize customer-provided market data for client and competitor
products by doctor. CATS can store
and display, in list and graph format, multiple periods of data for
each customer.

Call Tracking
CATS tracks several call types such as:
- Presentation Only
- Sample and Presentation
- Nurse Only
- Lunch and Learn
- Group Calls
You can select the types of calls preferred, and create customized
rules for each type. Each placed call is stored along with the call
type, providing historical activity by sales representative that
can reveal trends in successful call types by representative. The
CATS system can also capture and control which products were presented
to the contact during a sales call, and in what order.

Sample Disbursement
CATS provides full sample accountability, including the ability
to capture all product samples disbursed by strength, lot number,
and expiration date. CATS supports different types of sample receipt
acknowledgements (including doctor signatures, signatures on file,
and designee signatures) as well as PDMA rules and guidelines for
sample distribution and electronic signature capture.
A sample request and receipt are presented to the doctor when presented
with the pen-enabled device. In the case of a question or compliance
concern related to a sample disbursement, Synergistix can provide
reports of all products dispensed and the signature proofs for all
sales calls. The CATS electronic signature meets the requirements
for compatibility as a non-biometric signature capture process, as
allowed by CFR 21 part II.

Sample Ordering
CATS allows your
sales representatives to order samples directly from their system.
The ordering rules set by the client (including minimum, maximum
allocation and case quantities) are fully supported on the front
end and integrated with the customer-specific sample distribution
process, adhering to all applicable federal, state, and business
rules. This includes approvals from management for each order, electronic
ordering to the distribution center via EDI, XML, email or other
formats. Real time status of each order is available through the
CATS web-based system for review and update. Once
the samples have been sent to the representative, the packing list
is loaded into the CATS system for acknowledgement.
